Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all users of TheWelder.in, the one-stop online platform for welding and automation one-on-one video consultations (“Platform”). The terms and conditions outlined herein govern the cancellation and refund process for appointments scheduled on the Platform within the jurisdiction of Karnataka.

1.1. Users are required to make full payment while booking a consultation appointment on TheWelder.in.
- Cancellation Policy:
2.1. Users may cancel their scheduled consultations by providing a notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
2.2. Cancellations made by customers at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will be eligible for a partial refund.
2.3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation.
- Refund Process:
3.1. For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, users will be eligible for a refund amounting to 50% of the total consultation cost.
3.2. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the booking.
3.3. Refunds may take up to (7) seven business days to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the payment provider.
- Exceptions:
4.1. In case of technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances preventing the consultation from taking place, TheWelder.in reserves the right to reschedule the appointment or provide a full refund, as deemed appropriate.

5.1. For any queries or concerns regarding cancellations and refunds, users may contact TheWelder.in support through the provided contact channels on the Platform.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
6.1. This Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka, India.
6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of Karnataka.
By using TheWelder.in and booking consultations on the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to abide by this Cancellation and Refund Policy. TheWelder.in reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at its discretion, and users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes.
