Terms and Conditions for Premium Paid Online Video Consultation

  1. Payment:
    1. All payments for online video consultations must be made in full and in advance through the provided online payment gateway. We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
  2. Consultation Platform:
    1. The online video consultations will be conducted exclusively on Google Meet. Participants are required to have a stable internet connection and access to a device compatible with Google Meet.
  3. Consultation Cost:
    1. The cost for the online video consultation is INR 100 per minute.
    2. Each session is scheduled for a duration of 15 minutes / 30 minutes / 60 minutes, with a total cost of INR 1500, INR 3000, and INR 6000 respectively.
  4. Booking Process:
    1. Customers must book their consultation slots through the designated platform.
    2. Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  5. Cancellation and Refund:

    1. Customers may reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours before the original appointment time without incurring any additional charges.
  7. Technical Issues:
    1. In the event of technical issues from the service provider’s end that result in the cancellation of a consultation, a rescheduled consultation will be provided to the customer.
  8. Privacy and Confidentiality:
    1. All information shared during the online video consultation will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
    2. Recording of the consultation, in any form, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
  9. Code of Conduct:
    1. Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the consultation.
    2. Any form of inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the consultation without a refund.

    2. The service provider is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the customer based on the information provided during the consultation.
